Yoga Exercise is any exercise done with mental focus. In Physical Yoga (Hathayoga), body is trained using mind. In Mental Yoga (Meditation), mind is trained using mind. In Spiritual Yoga (Adhyatma), body and mind are transcended. Adhiyoga integrates and instructs all of these.
